Had Jimmy with Lieber Mechanical out last week to perform an ac tuneup. First he did his thing inside the house checking everything with the Hvac unit then he went outside and did a thorough cleaning of the condensor coils which I have never seen anyone go to that extent before. Most people spray a waterhose up through the vents and calls it a day. Jimmy took all the panels off, sprayed a solvent into each area of the coils, let it sit awhile and then sprayed them off. I watched him do the whole thing and was in awe actually. Jimmy pays attention to detail, tells you what you might consider changing out in the future but does not pressure you to do anything that you dont absolutely need at the moment. One thing I have noticed in the last few years with plumbers and hvac people is it seems as if they dont care if they get your repeat business. These guys WANT your repeat business. I have always been a firm believer in word of mouth advertising and I will definately be telling my family and friends about Lieber Mechanical..Will be calling them in the fall for our heater tuneup most definately…..Thanks again Liber Mechanical…
Tech showed up early and did a great job. Quick and efficient.
Heater quit right before ice storm. Jeremy and Jordy did a great job in the cold. Explained problem and cost before repair. Jeremy even sit my trash can out by the curb for trash day due to drive being slick.
Jeremy was very knowledgeable and made necessary changes. He tried the least expensive options first and worked with me on price.
